$ETH: We Bought the Bottom — Could This Be the Cycle Bottom?

Ethereum has started to show serious strength again.

We bought the bottom, and I believe there is a real possibility that this could turn out to be the cycle bottom for ETH.

That does not mean the path higher will be easy. Markets never move in a straight line, especially after strong rallies. Pullbacks, ranges, sharp sell-offs and even another major short squeeze are all possible along the way.

But the bigger picture is what matters.

Ethereum Could Be Entering Its Next Major Cycle

ETH has already shown strong momentum from the lows, and historical comparisons suggest that similar breakouts have sometimes marked the beginning of much larger moves.

Tom Lee recently pointed to previous periods in 2021 and 2025 where strong weekly moves in Ethereum were followed by gains of more than 160%.

History does not guarantee the same outcome again, but the current setup is becoming increasingly interesting.

The Bottom Is the Best Place to Take Risk

The biggest opportunities often come when the risk-to-reward is heavily in your favor.

Buying close to a potential cycle bottom gives you room to manage the inevitable volatility. If the larger thesis is correct, the upside can be multiples of the original risk.

That is exactly the type of asymmetric setup we are looking for.

We are not expecting every day to be green. The market will test conviction along the way.

Still Fully Long ETH

For now, we remain fully long.

Our entry gives us a strong cushion, which makes it easier to sit through the lower-probability and more volatile phases that inevitably come with a major trend.

If this really was the cycle bottom, the biggest part of the move could still be ahead.
